All skin care services require a $25 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit.

Intake form must be filled out PRIOR to booking. Once intake form is received, you will receive a confirmation email. Please give 24 hrs. for review. Based on you being a good candidate for the service requested, you will then receive an approval email and an invoice through email and/or text for your deposit. Date/Time of your appointment is not secured until deposit is received. All deposits go towards total cost of service.
